(More customer reviews)I love the design and functionality of this playard - it's much nicer than many Graco and other brands that we looked at - the quality of the fabric does not look cheap. The changing table and utility tray are designed well too. Our baby hasn't arrived yet, but I did notice that the bassinet droops down a bit in the middle (like a funnel) and that's the way the support rods are designed - I'm guessing this is to support the incline feature, but I keep wondering if it should be completely flat when you're not using the incline feature. I contacted their customer service and haven't heard back. I would hate to return this because we really love it (and hope baby does too), but we're just a bit concerned about the 'droopiness' in the middle of the bassinet. Also, the mattress that comes with this is quite heavy and has 4 folds so it looks like it's drooping even more. We replaced it with a firm mattress (the light one, not the thick, heavy crib mattress) and it still sags in the middle. We're hoping that there's some kind of solution to this as we would like to keep this playard.
It is also very easy to set up, though folding takes more time. And again, because the mattress is on the heavy side, it makes the entire thing a bit heavy to carry around. We plan on using this as the main bassinet for now until our baby is ready to sleep alone in his crib, and use another portable crib to carry to grandma's or trip away from home.
