My biggest concern was delivery & setup. The delivery service arrived after I got home from work and quickly removed my old bed and setup the new one. They even inspected the bed with me and went through a checklist to make sure I was satisfied with everything. This bed is firm but the plush top makes it very comfortable. The spring system design allows your partner to toss/turn without interrupting your sleep. This bed replaced our previous one purchased at a national chain mattress store. The price online ended up being cheaper, but what I really enjoyed was not haggling for an hour or arguing over whether delivery & removal would be included. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.
