* Bed frame has 14" legs which makes it ideal to store tons of stuff underneath.
* Package came delayed by two weeks and was sent via FedEx Ground - the most useless, inefficient and unreliable delivery service in the country. The delivery person would not even attempt delivery but just enter all kinds of lies into Fedex online status. The packaging was in shambles when it arrived - missing assembly kit and broken leg-shoes
* The complaint regarding missing assembly kit and broken leg-shoes was acknowledged promptly and delivered subsequently in two separate packages after two weeks. So it took good ONE-and-HALF months for me to get a fully assembled bed.
If you're looking to get a bed in just a week or so, just forget it. But if you've really planned ahead for atleast month and a half, its definitely a good choice for a sturdy metal queen bed for this price ($200 delivered).
